Ancient Egyptians used the shadow clock (gnomon) to determine correct time. The Greeks used the water clock, or clepsydra. The first mechanical clock appeared in the fourteenth century. Then, in 1929 first electronic timepieces appeared.

IsOnPost

IsOnPost helps you organize and remind you of various events and happenings. It enables you to create neat calendar windows where you can post your work notes, things to do, ideas or any event you wish to remember.The IsOnPost interface is very intuitive, it shows you a list of notes you can sort by its importance or by its creation date and lets you show, hide or delete each individual note.IsOnPost can be configured to show your notes just after it is executed and to start running when Windows starts up, also you can access the program in a menu on the system tray.

ClockSmith Lite

ClockSmith Lite plays the Westminster chimes and tolls the hour. The chimes can be configured to play quarterly, every half hour, hourly, or they can be turned off. The tolling of the hour also has an on/off switch. ClockSmith Lite has its own volume control allowing you to configure it to provide a gentle reminder of the time, to be heard clear down the hall, or anywhere in between.

Very small 'desktop' timer watch, with date and alarms. Has a few other configurable options. To set the alarm, double click on 'body' of watch. To move, just drag it's window arround with mouse. Remembers it's state, position, etc..

Very small 'dragable' timer watch. To set the alarm, double click on 'body' of watch. To move, drag it's window arround with mouse. Config program to set skins, fonts, etc. You can create your own simple skins for it.

Sticky Memo Note Reminder Software

Create multiple notes that can be dragged and dropped. Notes can be set to play an audio alarm at a specified time.
